I finally have the book suitable in form that it was sent off to the printers today. The next step is to see if they will print a proof. As long as there is no problems with the PDF they will print a proof and send. Then I will okay the proof if all is right and the final book goes into print.

Currently I am in the editing phase as I get the pages back from my editor and making the necessary corrections. I have a few slots for images if anyone has any to contribute!
